Dr. Liao is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He graduated from the University of Maryland and completed his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Liao then completed both his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
