I paid an advancement for a car detailing service on one of my rentals. Oscar said his work van needed a tow and a new part. I trusted him because I used him before and had a good experience. However, he never responded to my messages and never paid back my money after not following through with the service. He may do a good job one time to earn your trust, but he is running a scam. Check the poor Yelp reviews explaining similar occurrences. I will be seeking legal action.
