This is the only game in town and they abuse that situation. Albertson's uses them for delivering my groceries and if the delivery is ever scheduled for a late afternoon they avoid delivering. This is the second time they have lied to Albertsons to avoid delivering our groceries until the next day. Elkhorn Taxi Service has never once called me, yet they keep telling Albertson's that they called and obtained my permission to defer these deliveries until the next day. These calls never took place. The other day, we sat home all day waiting for the groceries to come because it contained our dinner for that night. What's shocking to me is their willingness to flat out lie to Albertsons absolutely shows their lack of professionalism and commitment to the contracts they take on. I have contacted Fresh Pass (Albertsons's) and filed a formal complaint with them as well. Albertsons actually called me back after I complained, and promised to have a manager call me about it, but that still hasn't happened. If they are going to take your money they should follow through with the services, they are responsible for the contractors they hire. I would never recommend anyone to their delivery service, but they are the only game in town and they know it and take full advantage of it. Maybe one day, they will have to integrity to follow through with the commitments they make. We cancelled our entire order and drove out to Walmart get our order yesterday due to their lies.
