First off, I saved thousands of dollars on my car by skipping the typical dealership. Shift Auto Brokers was there every step of the way letting me know what was happening and what to expect. The car arrived earlier than originally estimated and very clean. I was a bit nervous about buying a car online, and had the car inspected by two mechanics during the 7 day window. Everything checked out. I ended up with a better interest rate financing with Shift Auto Brokers than I could get through my credit union.

Found the car I wanted, a 2018 Audi A5 Sportback Quattro with low miles, for a very fair price. They helped arrange financing with a reputable bank and the sent the paperwork quickly. The entire process was handled rapidly and I received my vehicle 8 days earlier than first quoted. It arrived in immaculate and near new condition. I'm thrilled with the car and would have no qualms about purchasing through Shift Auto Brokers again.

It is an online scam. They have no business location, no presence at the given address. Mail is returned undeliverable. Phone calls are not answered. Emails are not responded to (unless you are a mark). But they will be happy to take your money in return for nothing.

I was looking to sell my 2015 Nissan Rogue and Shift Auto Brokers gave me the best offer compared to three local car dealers, who we're also interested in buying my car. Mike inspected the car and then walked me through the process. After completing the inspection he presented me with an offer that was lower than the highest car dealer. I mentioned the amount the car dealer had offered me and also showed him the written offer of all the dealer. Mike contacted the head office and send them the highest bidders offer. Within minutes he received a counter offer that was slightly higher than the highest SD car dealers offer. I accepted and it took no more than 15 minutes to transfer the title and to receive the payment to my bank. Mike did an excellent job and made it easy!

Scam. They cease contact after you pay them, and don't ship you your car. Stay away.
