We will examine expense and revenue trends, processes, and opportunities. If we feel that our services cannot make the type of results you seek, we will shake hands and wish you success. We will not propose services that are unnecessary or those that will not help transform your business. If we determine our services can help transform your business, we will develop a custom proposal for your review and approval. 3) Implementation - If you choose to entrust us with helping transform your business, we will begin our work on a mutually agreed upon time-frame with established metrics and milestones. If you decide not to forward, there is no charge. We will keep your information and check up periodically to see how the business is going and if we can help in any way.
