The car that you bought from him was not ours, and in no way have anything to do with the car you purchased from him. To anyone that reads this 👆👆this is why you should never buy a car from someone if the title is not in their name. When buying from a licensed dealer is not an option. Meet at the county clerks office and transfer your property car boat or trailer immediately. Horror stories like these are too common. He didn't tell me he was going to sell it on payments or ask me if I just wanted it back since it didn't sell again right away, just that he could resell it quickly and would reimburse me. Kentucky dream motors says he no longer works there (tell them why you said he didn't)but Jake continues to sell cars for them from their lot. I will be filing a lawsuit against both of them. 1) check to see if the title is in the name of the person selling you the car and check for back taxes 2) make sure zip ties aren't holding the front end on 3) read the reviews including BBB 4) KEEP all texts for future reference in court 5) keep the license plate that came off the car for the DMV If he no longer works as your employee but is acting as your employee you should send a cease and desist notice because it looks like you have a potential problem with your representation. I will be once again in contact with the DMV to make sure that the titles are no longer jumped (which is a felony on its own) SHAME ON YOU ALL FOR PARTING HONEST PEOPLE FROM THEIR MONEY. If you had any integrity I would have the car or 1800 instead of an offer of 1300 for your expenses on a vehicle you didn't have in order to sell legally!!! Oh, a few good reviews saying people had buyers remorse (not sure how a jumped title is remorse) but what is family for if they can't say nice things about you? ;) I am not the only person this has happened to by ky dream motors. Read ALL reviews. Reported to the Motor Vehicle Commission with ALL the proof! Many complaints to MVC and they are NOT a licensed dealer! I urge anyone who has a jumped title (not in the dealers name) to contact the MVC at 502-573-1000 save every text and interaction involving the deal.
