I worked for Aaron and Ricky I have to be honest and say out of all the places I've worked in state and out of state. Ricky is by far the best and I mean the best boss I've ever encountered. He truly cares and interacts more than what one should with his employees. The best. The whole mill was was the best and most amazing experience I have to be a little reluctant to go somewhere else. Every employee there got along and helped others like I have always been and I've encountered many that could care less if you knew your job or advanced. Not one bead thing inside or out of this location. If you're given the opportunity to become part of that little family take it and never look back. You won't be sorry.
