DON'T DO IT! These people came to clean and repair our carpets. They told us it would be $400. We reluctantly agreed to this price because we were on a time restriction. Plus all of our furniture had to be moved outside for the repair. The man showed me a sample area of what our carpets would look like. When he was finished the carpets still looked dirty. I could even still see the square section he sample cleaned because the surrounding area was still dirty. The repair job wasn't any better. All the edges of the carpets are crooked where he cut too much off and the tack strips can be seen or in other areas the carpet is scrunched near the wall because he didn't cut enough off. The areas that needed to be repaired at the opening of the doors are coming up and flopping and little strings and peices of carpet come off all the time. He came back the next day to fix that again and idk know what he even did because it's still damaged and floppy. Please choose another company!

I used this company twice. The first time they did a good job. The second time I he carpet looked as it did before the clean. I contacted the office and was told the supervisor would review my photos I sent them and would get back to me in 24 hours. I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the office.…

I contacted the office and was told the supervisor would review my photos I sent them and would get back to me in 24 hours. I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the office. The lady who answered the phone was so rude to me. Hung up on me 5 times as I asked to speak to a supervisor. Her response to me was no you can't. Each time I called and asked she did the same thing. When I finally got her to not hang up after the 6th call. I asked her was she at all concerned about her customer she boldly said NO! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible job on my carpet and you being rude to me. Shameful

This is the worst carpet cleaning company I've ever come across. They quoted me $59 on the phone and when they got to my house they said my carpets needed deep cleaning. Charged me almost $600 and destroyed my carpets. My carpet looked much worse than before and stayed wet for over a week and wouldn't respond to my messages. Then told me they would not fix the problem. I ended up paying over $3000.00 to repair the damage they caused. They also lied to me and said there was pet urine in my carpets. My carpet was only a year old and I've never had a pet. They are scamming people. Disgusting.

this business deserves absolutely zero starts. i called took book my cleaning and finalized that for two rooms it would be $49 for a basic steamed clean since my capers don't have stains (we don't walk with shoes or eat in the rooms). the technician arrives and says it's not $49 but instead $59 because we have closets and the carpet needs shampooing. i call the customer service and the woman tells me that they would honor the $49 for just a steamed clean but because i have closets that would be extra. i explain to her that wouldn't telling me about the extra charge for cleaning closet be pertinent information when i booked the appointment and she answered by saying if she had to go over everything it would be an hour long conversation. what kind of customer service is that? what kind of answer is that? it's obvious by the other reviews this company would rather make a quick buck that to retain customers. i will NEVER recommend LVCC Carpet Cleaning or use their services ever again.

This is the worse carpet cleaning company I encountered. They try to sell you a deep shampoo cleaning after they do a 2’x2’ sample on your carpet which I didn’t ask for and They give you 3 options, First price was over $600, second price over $400 and final price $349 which I never requested. I ended up getting my carpet steam cleaned as originally quote and it was the Worse steam cleaning ever. My carpet were still dirty and unprofessionally done. I don’t recommend this company.

I booked the cleaning of my mattress, and when I booked it they told me it would cost $69 (the final price), but when the cleaning technician saw my mattress he told me it would cost me more money to get it clean, because he would have to use other products and bla bla bla. I booked the cleaning of my mattress, and when I booked it they told me it would cost $69 (the final price), but when the cleaning technician saw my mattress he told me it would cost me more money to get it clean, because he would have to use other products and bla bla bla. I though that was weird.... but I was like okay... and then he did the service but he didn’t tell me the amount of more money I would have to pay until he was done. So then he charged me $130, which is almost double of the price and guess what? My mattress still yellow stained. I was expecting more of the service from this company, specially paying this much money. I am very dissatisfied and upset , I paid more than I was expecting to spend to get a queen size mattress and it’s still dirty. This must be a joke.
