STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Printsquare took nearly $20,000 in printing fees from me. Three times since they tell me the prices have increased and I need to pay more. When I asked for the printing as quoted, or a refund, they have ghosted me. For over a week no phone calls have been answered (the number listed for their NY office has been disconnected) and no emails have been replied to. I am now needing to get an attorney involved. The customer representatives are great and very supportive. Of course, still their printing quality is the reason why I choose this company. However, I would like to tell you how I am impressed. I am neither publisher or designer. Basically, it was the very first time for me to order something to print for my own business. I had no idea about layout, resolution and file format. I might be tricky customer to work with for them but I just asked questioned a lot both on the phone and email. Even after their regular business hours, they worked hard with my files. Every time I uploaded my files, they reviewed very carefully and let me know what to fix. It took couple of days for me to finalized my files with them but without their supportive representative, I would not be able to have these copies in my hands. They look great and specially the green color that I have concerned turned out awesome.

Looking for good quality catalog printing? Then, this company would be great choice. I am a freelance photographer and graphic designer based in Canada. This summer, I was working on my side project; photography book. I needed a printer to print hardcover artist book with all my photographs. Quality was crucial for my project. Honestly, I was bit hesitate to use unknown printing company located in foreign country. However, my peer highly recommended their printing quality and especially hardcover book binding quality. Thus, I ended up choosing them for my photo book and it turned out very well. However, there was a moment that i was really frustrated. Timing was perfect as well as the book quality is. However, when I received my books, I had to pay some fee about $100. I was really frustrated at first but it turned out that it was irrelevant with shipping but Canadian customs. Fortunately, their customer service center open til late, so I was able to get help. Anyway, their customer services was also great, book is exceptional. I will go back to work with them again but I need to give myself heads-up for that fee.

This printing service is exceptional. I am working as an architect in New York, and recently my team won a competition for a big project and published a book to commemorate it. I took over the publishing manager of it and had to find a proper printing vendor. One of our clients recommended this company, so I asked for a quote. The shipping costs were quite expensive than I expected, but the overall price was quite reasonable. As a result, I could receive 1500 copies in about 10 days, (so fast!) and the printing quality was excellent. At first, I was worried that it would be difficult to contact them because their headquarter is in Korea, but they also have a service center in the US so that it is easy to reach out in-office hours. Although they didn't answer the phone a few times, they seemed to answer by email for almost 24 hours. I would like to highly recommend this printing company.

Printing quality is great as usual. From printing to binding, everything is perfect. What I mostly impressed is how they care about their customer. Our publishing company has been printed a lot of books through Heidelprint - their previous brand, probably starting from 2015. Anyway, we newly started to use Printsquare since 2019, just for new experience and we are very impressed about their customer services. Their customer representative Kaleigh, remembered that we are returning customer from Heidelprint. She even remembered our order specifications and fix our mistake. We have a series book printed previously and recently we placed another one as part of the series. By mistake, I chose different type of paper and lamination for cover. However, she caught this and checked in before production begun. I was really impressed about how they are detailed. Highly Recommended!

Hi, I am a freelance book designer based in Singapore now. When I was in college in the States, me and some of my friends organized some RSO, magazine about literacy of students published on campus. We first used a printer in local to support local business but the quality of the printing and binding was miserable. Thus, we googled hard, and find out Heidelprint, which is probably their first launched printing brand. Anyway, I am still one of their loyal customer, working with them for 5 years; 2 years with Printsquare. Their quality is beautiful but sometimes their timeline awareness need to be improved. I am pretty sure they are getting better as they take customer feedback seriously. If you are planning to use their printing services, make sure to let them head up for your deadline. Then, you would have beautiful printouts. This is my advice.

I have used their business as one of my friend near my area, GA, recommended me. I was impressed about their short timeline and quote calculator on their website. Customer representative was good in average. As I needed to distributed the magazine on the promised date, their short turnaround time for the production appealed to me. However in reality, due to the different holiday observance, my order took extra 4 days. I guess it was Korean Thanksgiving day or something like that. Of course, they contacted me in advance and operated me some discount coupon for my next order. However, timeline was unexpected. Still quality of their product is amazing, so I am planning to use their services again for my new year project.

I became their customer around 3 - 4 years ago. One of my peers, who works for an engineering company recommended me Printsquare for our company's catalog printing for Las Vegas and New York fair. I was not sure whether we can spend several thousands dollars for an international company. However, their representative was very supportive. She provided me some sample works that they have done before. As they are based in South Korea, their holiday observance is different so it cased me some delay for my previous project. It was frustrating but they offered free upgrade to air express shipping and larger discount rate for my future order. Nice experience overall.
