The Classic Pilates Room provides Pilates Mat Classes is based on the practice of the classical Pilates method, and as taught by Joseph Pilates. We are now offering small, individualized Pilates classes. Pilates Privates /Semi-Privates/Mat Classes/Micro-Workshops.I am a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Peak Pilates. I feel honored and fortunate to be living my dreams. I am also a small business owner/subcontractor based locally here in Cambridge and Somerville, Massachusetts. My business, The Classical Pilates room, is based on the practice of the classical Pilates method, and as taught by Joseph Pilates.
