Chef Roseboom is a Personal Chef in Austin, TX I am Chef Roseboom, and I am your go-to executive chef serving all of Austin, TX. Growing up in New Orleans, gumbo roux and simmering onions were always in the background of any afternoon. Whether it was Mom making smothered chicken in the afternoon, or Dad making omelets Saturday morning, meals were a constant learning opportunity. This is my foundation. Balanced, healthy, honest food with connection.
