This company has absconded with my $4,650 deposit.
When I invoked the clause in our signed contract to cancel the agreement, RJM Construction ignored my certified letter, multiple emails, multiple text messages, and voicemails. When I reached Robert Merrill by phone, he promptly hung up on me. Now, my attorney is taking legal action to secure a judgement from the court and to place a lien on Merrill's business.
