I Hired Highlands Exteriors for foundation repair. Signed contract and left $3250 deposit. 3 weeks no one ever showed up to work so I called for my deposit back. Ray tells me to sue him just to get my deposit back. Soon after Ray changes his phone number leaving no contact info. Still waiting for my deposit/refund 11 months later. No work was ever completed. His phone is disconnected. Im now filing small claims lawsuit in Travis County. Do not hire this company. I saw other reviews else where that I am not the first person that Highlands Exteriors has done this to.

I dont write reviews, but I'm so impressed with this company, Robert is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done with my foundation, I hired this company and I'm happy that I did my house is leveled and I also had them replace my windows. Great job guys.

Had them repair the foundation on my home did a fantastic job, the floors are now level, the workers kept my yard clean. Could not ask for a better job.
