I help people get in the best shape of their lives by focusing on body-weight strength, movement, mobility and good nutrition habits. The better you can move and control your body the better everything works, from daily activities to sports and everything in between. Any trainer can help someone lose weight and gain strength or they wouldn't have a job. I do this but also work towards making sure everything you do with your body works better in general.
