I was a member at a different circuit-training type place. And I liked the format, but the times for classes were a bit limiting, and the workout was just getting too predictable. I switched to Eat the Frog in September 2019 during their opening promotion. The workouts at ETF are similar in that you can adjust it to your level, but I do feel like I can push myself harder. I love the heart rate monitor that allows me to see progress, but it's not a competition against anyone but yourself. The best thing, for me, is the 24/7 schedule that means I can always find a time, and I don't have to be tied to the schedule of the trainers.

I love ETF! The instructors are great and fun to work out with, and the classes go by so fast. The format of class is great and never gets old, and I love that there’s no treadmills- only bikes and rowers for cardio. Classes run all day long, so there’s never an excuse to not go because you missed the class. I’m so glad I joined!

My husband and I love ETF! The staff is great, very knowledgeable. They are always giving workout modifications, so ANYONE can work out no matter you fitness level. I had to work out with a neck brace and ever during virtual workouts, Kara would help me with modifications!

First off, I love that the cardio is NOT treadmill (I am not a fan; I'll run outside in 5 degree weather, but hate treadmills with a passion). I much prefer bikes and rowers.
I love that there are three separate formats of workout (strength is my favorite), that the TRX gets used extensively, and that I can workout whenever I have time to fit it in, as the gym is 24/7, just not always with coached classes. I took a few virtual classes over the holidays and they were super-convenient and I just followed along with the workout as projected on the screen.

I started coming to ETF a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Even on days where it’s hard to have motivation to come after a long work day, my entire mood changes as soon as I get there. The instructors greet you by name and make you feel so welcome. It’s such a great workout too! You will love it!
