This company installed tile floors in both my kitchen and bathroom. The grout has been chipping since the first week it was installed!! Had to be redone but because the tiles are ALSO bouncing/moving up and down when walked on I was told by 2 other PROFESSIONALS that the floor has to be redone, the foundation wasn't laid properly. They also renovated my bathroom (tub, toilet, walls) toilet was leaking from the bottom, tub leaking into downstairs bathroom, grout chipping around tub and walls. Have needed repairs from the VERY BEGINNING. The job looked great when it was finished but has issues that are costly. That is what they finished looked great. One of the owners became irate when I had a complaint and quit the job before everything was complete. I had to get someone to complete the work AND repair some of the work that was completed. AND the day they quit one of the workers cut a pipe in the bathroom wall causing a water leak. I received a text telling me they could not fix it and I had to hire a plumber to do the repair. Took them weeks longer to complete the job than originally agreed. NOT QUALITY WORK!! GOOD WORK HOLDS UP.
