My family did most of our moving! And what they did move, they damaged and they did not complete the job! Some of our furniture was left outside and in our hallways for us to move ourselves. It was awful. I really try to support small businesses but things like this are one of the reasons why people don't like to do so. The owner did nothing to address our concerns he just sat with his hands out for over $500..
