If you ever need your place painted, please remember the name Kendra Seoane. Recently we were faced with many challenges as our tenant was moving out late with a new tenant moving in a week later. Living in San Diego, the earliest I could arrive was July 31st which meant I could not personally oversee the preparation of our home for our new tenants. I received 3 painting referrals - two of which did not return phone calls and one was a "no show" for an estimate appointment with my current tenant. With only 4 days before the move-in, a Peloton resident gave us Kendra's name. And that's when my dreams came true.Kendra saw our predicament, and she made it her top priority. I felt very comfortable selecting her - she is uniquely passionate about her profession. For example, she selected a more expensive paint (and absorbed the added cost) because it was better for the environment and has no odor.. While the loft was already professionally cleaned, Kendra thought it had not been a "deep clean," & she volunteered a complimentary hour so our loft would look perfect.. When I arrived to check out the place, it was sparkling clean and the paint job was flawless with zero odor as she had promised. The icing on the cake was when she spotted a large amount of dust balls in an almost impossible place to see - and she fell to her knees to remove the dust balls by hand.
