I recently visited the new location of Palm Massage Spa, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance is incredibly inviting, with a modern and soothing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. From the moment I stepped inside, I could tell that cleanliness and professionalism are top priorities here. This is the best massage in Sandy Utah I ever had.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism I started going here when palms spa took over the previous owners spa and they gave me a punch card where if I get 10 massage I get one free and when I got to my free one they said they aren't doing that anymore but a month ago when I got my last stamp they still stamped it and said nothing about not accepting them so I spent almost 720 dollars (including tips) to not have my punchcard honord! there was no indication on the card of it expiring. then just now I bought a groupon 24 hours ago made an appointment in advance and came in to have my appointment mentioned I had a groupon and they told me that they cannot accept it because they can only accept 4 a day I only bought 1 and was redeeming 1 this was also not mentioned in the groupon ad it said to present the groupon upon arrival I had been waiting all day for this and arranged my schedule today for this massage I'm so disappointed and feel scammed I do not recommend this place and it has lost my business
