Once I decided to move forth with them their team stepped in and started negotiating with the timeshare on my behalf and I really didn't have to do anything. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, they kept me in the loop and I could just sit back and relax because I knew that I was being taken care of. They always want money upfront and they never deliver. And then I found ACA Group, they really came through. Aaron my consultant was very nice to deal with and so helpful. I got rid of my timeshare very easily. This company is very efficient, very nice and no hassle or harassment.

I realized I made a mistake thinking the timeshare would be perfect but evidently it wasn't. So I thought the best way out was to contact a timeshare termination team. That's when America's Consumer Advocacy Group came in, they helped me out tremendously. It's really painless, it was no real effort on my part to do anything. It was excellent, they did all the work and got me out in less than four months. The results were excellent for me, I got rid of the yearly maintenance fees and the harassing calls and letters. I became disillusioned about a couple years ago. I was not able to get booked into places that my family and I wanted to go. We also found that the fees went up every year and it just wasn't working for us. So I contacted my timeshare and talked to them about returning my timeshare points, they were not interested in doing that for us. So I started an online search for how to get to rid of timeshare and I did find a couple of companies but nothing promising, they just wanted my money to try to sell my timeshare with no guarantee that it would be sold. Someday I got a call from one of ACA Group's representative he just started to explain how things work in this company. Why it works, how it works, how long it takes, how much it costs I had all the information given to me up front. Finally after almost three months I was free and clear. I didn't receive any contact from my timeshare or harassing letters. It was just all done and I was thrilled.
