Jodie catered to exactly what I needed from an appointment setter. She assisted me with developing a script that got the appointments and she entered those appointments herself onto my Google calendar along with notes that helped prepare me for the client. We have worked together for a year at 20 hours a week and I have experienced no problems. Jodie is proactive on updates and gives a lookout in advance for problems down the road. She is available at all times to reach out to and returns calls quickly. Works well with both call and text. Is proficient in Excel. Has no problem calling people and getting hung up on. I have never once received a complaint about her from a client/prospect over 800 hours of work. Really good person.
