We are a charity organization a 501C3 we contacted them to publish four books for a certain price they only published two books and they deserted us, they refused to refund the balance, answer our call, return our messages or emails. The amount we paid them is a donation from people who trusted our charity organization with it, we were going to publish the books and raise money to help the needy, and homeless in the community. we paid them 3250 in total to publish four books, we only published two we need a refund of half what we paid beside we order 100 books through them, and never received paid 850 and 750 for a copy right certificate which we never received so total refund is 2500 Please help us out
