I am a repeat customer. Brian did the entire downstairs and a bedroom of my house. The refinishing of my hardwood floors were completed in a timely manner and turned out beautifully. I couldn't be happier with how well they turned out. However, I have another floor to refinish and I've called 5 times and nothing. Nothing at all. Not even a return call to say he's unavailable. I would have given a 5 star rating but I am too disappointed.
