Instead of working with me professionally as a tenant, they created unnecessary conflict and repeatedly escalated situations that could have been handled calmly and respectfully. There were ongoing issues that were never properly addressed, and I felt constantly pressured, blamed, and spoken to in a way that was inappropriate and degrading. I also witnessed behavior and comments that I personally found discriminatory and deeply offensive, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. What made the experience even worse is that their reputation in the community was not positive. Multiple people I interacted with expressed concerns and frustration regarding how they handle tenant situations, and it became clear that their approach is widely disagreed with.
