I would give it a zero. We made an appointment and gavel the insurance information. The day before we called and the message said throws problem with our insurance. The We returned the call and there was no espouse that day. The next day we were agian called and told we did not have a prescription. We said we will have one in a few minutes. We called our physical and the prescription was faxed within five minute. When we called Hanger back we were told that our appointment was canceled and the time slot filled. Hanger is rude and uncommunicative and should be avoided.
