This is a very small spa with only 1 or 2 rooms. The staff doubles as reception and if a customer comes in, the therapist may have to leave you for a moment. That was ok by me. If you are shy or conservative, this may not be the spa for you. This is not a western spa. It is an Asian spa. Face down, you will be massaged from your toes to the last follicle of hair on your head, including your glutes. At the end there will be a warm towel to wipe you down, including your glutes. Having a warm towel run between-the-buns is unusual. Asian spas are a little different than the western ones. That's what I found out. That being said, I was very happy with this massage. Lisa really did not hold back and will put her weight into it. It's basically a deep tissue massage. I was surprised to see the therapist climb onto the table to get better leverage. In 25 years of getting massages monthly, no Western therapist has ever done that. You will have only a TINY towel between you and the therapist seeing clear through to China. So I suggest dressing down to a higher comfort-zone if you're accustomed to Western Massages. I guess that's just the norm by them because Lisa hardly skipped a beat. I was actually very glad to have experienced this form of massage. Western therapists are way too mild for my body's needs. I came out of there with my muscles knot-free. The price they charge is very reasonable. Parking is excellent. I will be back. Thank you Lisa! This is a cash only business; payable ahead of service. That's ok by me. I tipped afterwards.
