I called this company for the assistance of my cooktop that was not igniting. The technician came to my place on time and even called me 30 mins before his arrival. He quickly checked my appliance and fixed it in less than an hour. Also, he explained the cause of the problem and gave me helpful tips on how to take good care of my appliance. The service charge was also very reasonable. Thank you!
