WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do not use CAS Mechanical. Our AC broke when the weather was in the 90's. They screwed up submitting the paperwork to our home warranty company (caused a 1 week delay), then they screwed up getting the parts needed. They didn't even call to tell us they couldn't do it. I had to call them when they no showed for the scheduled 7am appointment that we made arrangements to be available for. Then, it was nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse and, of course, nothing was ever THEIR fault. However, we are still without a fixed air conditioner and they were the contractor. Now we have to start the process over to find a competent contractor who can complete the job with integrity.
