Sam was my technician for the home ac repair that I needed. I am very happy with his service and attitude showed throughout the whole service. I would rate them very highly! I was able to get a same-day appointment for the ac and heater repair that I needed. The technician arrived within the arrival window provided and even called 30 minutes before his arrival. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it right away. He was in and out within an hour, and the ac and system now work so much better. Also, the service charge was very reasonable. Thank you!
