Do Not Use this company. One star is more than they deserve. They installed a unit for us....It took them more than 27 visits to our home to get it working. We lived through last summer with mold (constantly cleaning mold) growing everywhere inside due to high humidity in our home. The unit still does not work right. We have a 10 year parts and labor warranty and they refuse to come. Our electric bill is double what it was with our old 15 year old unit... from $190 a month average to $390 and even over 400 dollars now. They sent a kid to our house to install a new return, he didn't know how to use a drill to put a screw in the frame of the return. Sad
