As the CEO of Optiva IT, an IT services and support company in the Inland Empire, I am passionate about solving information technology issues for Southern California businesses and getting optimal results that lead to 99.9% uptime. Is your IT group slow to respond and not working with the sense of urgency you expect? Unsure if your IT infrastructure is up to code, secure and up-to-date? Want peace of mind that your network and computers are being optimized and monitored by the fastest-growing IT services group in Southern California while you sleep? Let’s face it: in business, time is money. If your network, computers or servers are down, your company is losing money. It is my business to make sure that does not happen! With A+, Security+ and MCSE certifications and extensive experience in network and systems administration, I prevent or reduce your downtime. Since 2006, when I started Optiva IT and assembled a team of certified technicians and engineers, the company has earned an outstanding reputation for being fast, reliable and responsive. We typically respond in 30 minutes or less and can have a technician dispatched within the hour of a call. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT I’m not just an “IT guy” who troubleshoots. I’m a certified Internet Technology professional with more than 20 years of experience who truly cares about his customers. Not only do I know proven IT strategies and techniques to ensure business uptime, , but I have taught A+ certification courses at United Education Institute (UEI). I love teaching and it’s evident as I educate clients about their IT infrastructure and systems, so they understand the courses of action that are taken to ensure their success.
