What makes us different from the competition is a one trip repair. We carry all the basic parts for an immediate repair. I started at age 12 helping my father with repairs and learning along the way. By age 15 I knew I wanted to do the same thing for a living. What makes me a very good technician is the fact that I know every part and screw from every appliance which makes it very easy to pin point every problem. I was taught by taking appliances completely apart and knowing every single part, on what it did and what it was for.
