I'd give them zero stars if I could. I submitted my manuscript to them and because of the horrible editing, ended up with three different editors. All THREE took correctly spelled words and misspelled them. They added punctuation that made a sentence that made sense no longer make sense. After the editing didn't get any better, I requested my money back. They agreed to provide the refund due to incompetent work, then ghosted me. Do not hire these people. You're wasting your money if you do.
