We had Brett out to see why our oven wasn't working. He was quick to respond and come out. He diagnosed the issue and asked us to give a $150 deposit for the part we needed. The ETA for the part kept getting pushed back until he stopped responding entirely. He took our deposit and never came back with the part nor did he give us the refund he promised since the part was delayed.
To add fuel to the fire, we ordered the part he said was the problem. We got it within days and it didn't even fix the issue!
This company is a scam. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They had good reviews when hired and I have now seen multiple reviews like mine. Find someone else who actually cares about their customers and the work they do.
