Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar brings the freshest, most sustainable seafood to Kansas City, Missouri. We fly in fresh oysters and shellfish daily to stock our raw bar and our kitchen expertly prepares seasonal fish and local produce for a dining experience that's unmatched in quality, freshness, flavor, and vibe. We bring the coasts to the coast-less with a high-energy, non-traditional East Coast meets New Orleans party every night of the week.
