I wanted to order some Junior Giant Arborvitae (Thuja) to add some privacy to the backyard. I did a lot of research - trying to find the biggest, well-established plants I could find online. I found that Plant Addicts had the largest container size and even reached out to customer services to inquire about the size. The response that I got noted that they would be 3-4 years old and for a plant that grows 3-5 feet a year I was expecting more than I got. During my research - I found other cheaper trees, so I bought 7 trees that I expected to be smaller from another retailer and only 2 trees from Plant Addicts because that was all they had in stock, and they were more than double the price. PlantAddicts- 69.99/ea FastGrowingTrees- 29.95/ea Plant Addicts shipping was so much slower and arrived more than a week after the others despite being ordered the same day. The two trees that arrived were the same size, if not a little smaller than the others for more than double the price. I reached out to customer service and the response was basically "Thanks for reaching out, we're sorry and will take note" no effort to make it right. I would've been more than happy to pay the price I got from FastGrowingTrees since they look almost identical - but instead I am here writing a review to try to help others avoid the same situation.
