Inspections were included in contract and paid for. After work was completed and after several attempts to get an idea on inspections, told to "f... Off" because I was being unreasonable (2 months after work was completed). After pulling my own permits and paying again for permits, as expected FAILED. New panel box in house (failed), new sub-panel in detached garage (failed), all outlets changed (failed 5, need to be GFCI). After many failed attempts to get a license number from JAD, my lawyer has now been involved for 2 months. After today both Durham Inspections and NC Electric Commission are investigating JAD. The only advice I can give is to run away fast from these guys. Do not let them on your property. Oh yeah by the way, their website is now down, I believe either they have skipped town or changing company names. Summary is JAD is not a legitimately legal, licensed electrician.
