they called me the night before and complained that because I had a walker that I needed assisted rides. I told them that I was able to put the walker into the can by myself but that I had not been doing that because I do not have a key to their trunk. They did not let me know in advance that they cancelled all my rides and it resulted in my having to pay a 75-dollar fee to one of my providers because I did not give 24 hours advance notice. I would not recommend this company. They are unprofessional and frequently screw up ride and transportation times, they are also frequently late to pick me up resulting in me being late for my appointments.
