WORST flipper ever. Carlos brags that he flips over 360 homes PER YEAR in Florida. I'll tell you how he does it...by cutting corners and paying people off. Our home has been an absolute nightmare since we purchased it in 2019. First...the roof was leaking. Carlos came to fix it, free of charge! Maybe his conscience got the best of him? Then...the plumbing kept backing up...because it was ALL done improperly and NOT to code. Think it can't get worse? Mold started growing in the home...in corners, on picture frames, under the beds, inside bathroom vanities. Windows were leaking. The floors started rotting. NO PERMITS were pulled when he flipped our home. And when we found out he was flipping another home nearby, we reported him to the inspectors. They required him to pull permits so he sold the house and moved on! Our home is unlivable. He's a dirty, greedy, misogynistic jerk with no moral compass and more money than brains. Steer clear! He'll rob you blind and laugh all the way to the bank.
