Experience 60-minutes of high-intensity interval training in our infrared enhanced fitness studio. Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness and are guided by certified trainers so you can feel comfortable and challenged in every session. After your workout, relax and recover in our personal infrared saunas with full control of the temperature, lights, and sound in your private personal sauna. We also offer Yoga and Barre classes 65 times per week! Located in the Shops at Norterra in North Phoenix just off the I-17 and Happy Valley Rd.
