Worst experience of my life. They will charge you every couple of months. I was charged $8000 in the first eight months. It's been almost 10 months and I can barely sell through my site so I've had zero income costing me almost everything I have. They don't do the updates on your page. I waited over two months for my last update that should be done this Monday. You'll be transferred from one person to another to take over your project. If you have an issue, one Web Developer will give you the previous web developers contact information as if they're the billing department. It takes forever to rank. Promised half of your keywords will be ranking while your average position after 10 months is still 42. They do not give you a refund just as other people have posted here. You will not receive an apology. You can contact support and they will never reply. Feels like a scam. A total scam. I had one person working on my website doing far better by themselves and this is supposed to be a team of professionals. My email wasn't working on the website on and off for a month at a time, contact forms weren't sending, it's been a nightmare and it has cost me everything I had. You will find yourself begging them to do what they promised asking for a refund and receiving nothing. Biggest mistake of my life. I'm not gonna add photos yet but if it's disputed by the company here I will add snapshots of my communication with everyone throughout their 'company'. All I wanted was to be able to earn an income for myself and for someone to do the job that I pay them for. You shouldn't have to beg someone repeatedly to do what you pod them to do. Perhaps a class action lawsuit maybe. There are plenty of other people with the same problems that are taken for thousands and thousands of dollars. All of their nightmares are the same as mine. Contact the Better Business Bureau is my best suggestion. Keep on them until they do what they promised they were due for and for what you paid them and don't give them another dime until they do it. That's only if you're already stuck. Otherwise run for the hills. Hire someone else or do it yourself. You'll be better off

I hired all branding solution in the beginning of June to create a marketplace ui/ix web application at 3999 they sent me some nice logos and secured the domain. I was confident. Then he sent me a link to a template design I was starting to become skeptical. Then they called and texted maybe 5x to tell me I needed to Pay them an extra 5k for the server even though I was under the assumption that we'd be using low cost cloud based server. He said he could only offer it to me at that price for x amount of time. I was busy at the time thank god or else I probably would have sent it. He told me it would cost me 12k in the future if I didn't buy now. I said not until you show me something. He hasn't shown me anything. They were stumped for a week on how many pdf links to have available for one of the document storage options. For a massive site. Thats crazy. They won't refund you and they'll keep saying it's 100% money back guaranteed. They don't understand the concept of my site let alone shown me anything that can confirm they can build it. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I've lost sooo much money trying to find a trust worthy company. This isn't it!!!!
