Friends and Family, if you ever need a cellphone, or any other electronic device repair, DO NOT bring it to Digital Repair Surgeons in Rutland! After first walking into the store and talking to the owner, Jake. I didn't have a very good feeling. He was very unprofessional and acted like you were inconveniencing him. He ordered my part, and after a few days I followed up by swinging into his shop. While in line I witnessed him being very rude to an elderly gentleman who simply had some questions. These people are straight up hacks!!! What should have been a simple repair, has turned into having to get a new phone. After it was returned, the camera was not working. He said that there was nothing he could do. After I brought it to another place for them to look at, they were astonished at the damage these people did. Not only did he do a horrible job with the new screen, he did not clean any of the old adhesive, or put new on. The camera was so badly dug into with a prying tool, it must have shorted out and effectively ruined the software. After numerous attempts to reload software, the phone was rendered useless. I am a big supporter of small business. After bringing it back to see if they would make it right, I was told that they would do nothing to make it right. . Please stay away!!!
