This is a criminal enterprise masquerading as a moving company.

SCAM. What a huge cluster. Upsales, lack of communication, missed deadlines, blocked messages. Once we paid our deposit we could never contact our moving consultant again. We hen they hired he job out to a company who didn't want to honor the original contract. This has been a disaster. Use literally Any One Else. I just hope we get our stuff back. Our consultant said: I'll be with you every step of the way! Complete lie. Can't even contact him now.

Are you interested in lies, deceit, miscommunication, missing & damaged furniture? If so, this is the company for you! Anthony was my moving specialist. He claimed to be high up in the company and provided so much misinformation, it was too late to do anything when our furniture was already loaded on the truck. We were assessed an additional $1000 on pickup when our items fit in the truck. We were told that as long as they fit, our quote was solid and we wouldn't pay any additional. This was on a supposed recorded line mind you. I was promised a credit of $300 that would go back to my credit card for misquoting the storage cost. Any time I ask about it over the phone or via email, it's ignored. When it was delivered with less than 24 hours notice at our destination, we have missing items and a good majority of our items were broken. All of our bedroom furniture was less than 6 months old and our paperwork shows "No Damage". Well now, our items look years old. It was a disappointing experience and I would hope no one ever has to go through what we did.

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! Called and spoke to a representative from this company named Shawn Williams and received a quote for moving. Stated I needed to sign and pay deposit to hold price. Was told there was a 48 hour cancellation policy. Signed and paid $1700 deposit but tried to cancel 5 MINUTES later. Their cancelation policy states that they have a 48 hour cancelation policy, but where they scam you is the sentence that states that if they assign a moving company within that 48 hours it is considered "services rendered" and you lose on deposit if you try and cancel. When I tried to cancel 5 MINUTES after paying deposit they said that they had already assigned my move to a mover and therefore I was unable to get my money back. How TF you assign a carrier in 5 minutes? When I asked for proof of this assignment (because they did not notify me that the move had been assigned) they gave me a company name and customer service number. I called this number and they did not have any information on me or my move. When I called back to customer service at Relocation Nation, they said "they had a signature and everything" of the assignment to this company but would not email me proof of said signature/assignment. I am now out $1700 and they have no remorse for what they are doing to people.

For your own peace of mind, DONT USE THIS COMPANY I wish I had read some of the reviews here before I paid them anything. THEY ARE JUST A THIN LINE AWAY FROM BEING SCAMMERS Somebody should really do something about them. Never experienced such bad customer service,we've had problems every step of the way, from pick up to delivery. They forgot part of the bedframe and aren't taking responsibility. OLIVIA was really rude and hung up on me after I asked if they will pick up what they forgot, and then Threatened me when i called back that they won't drop off our belongings

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Unfortunately, I decided to go with this company to move across country from Las Vegas to Houston. During the scheduling and collection of my initial deposit, I was completely lied to by Brandon Johnson. I was not informed that the company was a broker for other moving companies. Through the process I was assigned two different companies who did not abide by the terms and conditions of my initial contract with Relocation Nation. First, Brandon based my quote off of the wrong square footage even after I provided the inventory list of my item. Because of that the first company sent to me requested an additional payment of $1000 when they arrived for pick up (after arriving 4 hours after the scheduled time). The first company was Familiar Movers out of Las Vegas. When I tried to call Relocation Nation and Brandon to tell them what was going on I received NO ANSWER. After being bullied by the first company, they left without picking up my items. When I got ahold of Relocation Nation the next day, Brandon did not want to talk and I sent around the company to get rescheduled through the second company, Alpha Moving Services LLC. This company also sent someone who was 3-4 hours late. Once my items got back to their warehouse I was told that it could take 30 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver my items, even though I requested an immediate delivery. This company stated that I should've selected "Expedited Shipping" at the time of pick up and it would have cost an additional $3000. They continued to say hat they did not know when my items would be delivered because they did not have a driver or a crew. I told them I was willing to forfeit all the money I had paid (deposit to Relocation Nation and the pick up fee) to travel back and pick up my items to drive them across country myself. Miraculously, I received a call from them over the weekend saying my items would depart the next day to be delivered within 3-5 days. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS!

NEGATIVE 1 STAR - a one star review implies they at least did something. My roommate was solicited by this company and procured an initial quote for a same day move of our very modest home to a new house 4 hours away. After submitting a very accurate assessment of the items to move she was quoted $1900 dollars and provided a deposit for half of the amount. The day prior to the move she was called by a sales assistant offering to move a day early due to a cancellation. She declined as neither of us were able to move up our schedule and we would not access to the new property until the following day. Instead she updated the assessment - lowering the number of boxes initially estimated and adding a few side tables. The sales rep put her on hold for several minutes and then came back with a quote more than $2000 dollars higher including a $500 charge for a 'requote' even though she was only confirming the items. This was the first red flag. As we were to move the next day and work the after we proceeded to move forward as we felt we had no other options. The sales rep told us a truck and two movers would be at the property between 10-2 the next day. The day of the move we missed her first call - after noon the day of. After calling back a few times we reached her and she informed us they were thirty minutes out. 40 mins later we called back as they had not arrived as it was nearing one o'clock. She then proceeded to tell us they had spoken to us and were ten minutes away. They had not spoken to us - as we would know - and she proceeded to walk back her statement and say they had tried to reach us (the had not). The rep then abruptly ended the call. The truck arrived about 20 mins later. The driver was unfriendly - and brought a stack of papers to sign. He proceeded to say though the items would be picked up they would not be delivered that day - possibly for several days, that there was an additional 5% service charge, another $600 re-assessment and contract fee, several items had increased in price from the firm quote provided before and the final price would increase to SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS and that he was a contracted third party - he did not provide any credentials as to a business license, bond or insurance. I googled the Relocation Nation only to discover page upon page upon page of customers, SCAMMED, EXTORTED, ROBBED of all or some of their possessions, and at the same time having to pay thousands of dollars - some never receiving their possessions. Some receiving only some items, often damaged. We instantly felt unsafe and lost any confidence in entrusting what few things we had to this company or their associates. We did not sign and sent them away losing our $850 dollar deposit but avoiding a total and complete nightmare. We had gone from being promised a same day move of 40 boxes and a very small collection of modest furnishings for $1900 to the threat of a $6k move with a delivery date to be determined in a matter of 24 hours. We politely but quickly turned them away and called the rep to express our deep concern. She was unsympathetic and hung up on my roommate only to callback offering the same day move for $6k assuring is our belongings would be there that evening. By now it was past 2pm and we had zero faith as she had not been true to her word at any point by this time. We were given no choice but to forfeit a deposit for a quote they had no intention of honoring. Within an hour we reserved a fifteen foot U-haul for two days with insurance for $450 dollars and four hours later we had loaded almost every single item ourselves. It was hard, unexpected and not without a great deal of stress, rush and hard work. We missed the appointment with the new landlord and had to reschedule for the next day and I had to sleep on a bare floor of the now empty house - where I am writing this now - in order to make everything work. This bait and switch cadre of con artists are predatory, disingenuous trash people that have no qualms in swindling you out of your money with no regard for your property. BEWARE - we feel lucky to have only lost $850 at this point - but mark my words Relocation Nation - this is not the end. Your ill-begotten gains will only serve to highlight your con, standing in evidence as proof of your ongoing pattern of seeing how much and what you can steal from people you fool into thinking you are operating in good faith. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. You did not receive a star today. No - somewhere deep in the universe a star went out because of what you do and all of the cosmos is darker for it. NEGATIVE ONE STAR - that is my CURSE and the badge you will wear FOREVERMORE. Thanks to you we should all be a little less trusting, a little more wary of our fellow man as you have shown us how little you think of the rest of us. You make this world (and by extension) everything that has ever been and will ever be just a little bit worse. And I mean that sincerely

Adam and his team did an excellent job. They were prompt, organized, professional, and efficient. I've been through several corporate relocations, and this has been my best experience.
