These guys are awesome. I have financed and refinanced 6 or 7 times with Ocean Park Financial. They are 100% on top of everything all along the way. As difficult as the mortgage business is nowadays, it's so important to have someone 3 steps ahead, anticipating all the potholes. These guys are so very good and I'll continue to use them every time.

Ocean Park Financial is recommended with so many scams today they were the only company i found who offering to help with getting my home loan restructuring and modified with no upfront fees. They spent almost 3 months working with my nightmare Sps company where they told me no for a modification when i try and say go refinance where i was just deined...someonehow steve alan and freeda together fought these guys and convinced them to lower my mortgage rate from 4.5 to 2.8 and my monthly housing payment for each of the months i pay for everything with my tax for the year and insurance for the year i was paying 3188.32 and they brought it down for me to 2366.58. Thank you for saving me the 822 a month, i was worried the whole time thinking how they going to do it when i try and they say no but they know how to do it the work. Is good give them try i give them best stars. Thanks guys really thanks.
