I am confident to say that you did a good job of preparing your technician to become more proficient and competent in dealing with his valued clients. He did an excellent job of resolving my stove overheating at home, which had previously been a major issue for me. I sincerely want to thank you all for providing the best service I've ever received! Anyone in need should use this service!
