I used Alex to help amend my 2021 tax returns. He finished them on time, as promised, and seemed to know what he was talking about. In Dec 2021, I received a letter from AZ Department of Revenue pointing out some errors on my return. Alex transposed some numbers and that error was carried throughout the entire return. His error cost me over $500 in fees and interest, not to mention the additional tax obligation. I then received a letter from the IRS stating the same errors and the costs because of them. I contacted Alex regarding these issues and he did not respond at all. If you have any issues with his returns, don't expect any support or for him to stand behind his work.
