I am a licensed contractor in the valley that has worked with Cindy in the past and was not paid for our time/labor. I would say to steer away from her, she has no morals... If she can't take care of (pay) her contractors, I can only imagine, how she takes care of her clients... I work with multiple contractors/laborers that she has not paid for the work that they have completed, including myself....
Consider finding a more reputable source for your needs, just a word of advice
