Fitting Remembrances For Those Who Leave This Life Before Us. For funeral services from a 4th generation family-owned business, you can trust Sheetz Funeral Home, Inc. The values of the company are founded on three essential pillars: to provide meaningful, affordable, and appropriate services to your family. When you suffer the loss of someone close to you, the funeral home knows that your focus is on mourning with friends and family from out of town. They want to take care of all the planning so that you can focus on what is most important. Sheetz Funeral Home, Inc. offers all types of funeral services. Their “Day Offering” can include a traditional funeral with burial services, sometimes with a viewing or visitation beforehand. The “Evening Offering” can consist of a traditional funeral with a private or public visitation after the funeral. If you choose cremation, you can pair cremation with a memorial service. Or you can select direct cremation, which is the procedure without a service. Many families plan an intimate scattering of the ashes on their own time. For a more casual option, a life celebration is a customizable service that is more like a party with music and dancing. Whether planning your graveside service or funeral reception, there are a variety of funeral products to purchase. You can buy caskets, urns, memorials, or vaults from the funeral home for added convenience. If your family requires military honors or veteran services, special accommodations are available for those needs. Sheetz Funeral Home, Inc. has been serving Mount Joy, Marietta, Elizabethtown, Landisville, Lancaster, Maytown, Manheim, Mountville, Middletown, Bainbridge, Mount Gretna, and East Petersburg since 1899. They are honored to serve the community for over 120 years. Each family becomes a part of their family as they do all they can to relieve stress and provide grief resources.
