We started in 1991 as a painting company. In 1996, we started a Total Quality Management program where we bonus our crews based on how you rate them. If you give them Extremely Pleased ratings, we pay them a 10% bonus. This program led to continued growth. We have achieve Extremely Pleased customers 85% of the time over the past decade. Our customers appreciated the higher levels of service and asked us to perform more services. We now self perform drywall, roofing, carpet, tile, carpentry, and flooring. We also tuckpointing, eifs repair, stucco repair, siding replacement and project management services. We offer complete renovation services to residential customers in MN and we provide the same services to commercial clients in 22 states.
