Beneath the Bark Custom Cutz & Restoration does not stand by their work. His crew built a simple patio for me. By 3rd month after completion, started seeing rusty nail spots on ceiling. By 6 months, noticed hardy board installed around posts had separated; part of ceiling is sagging, quarter round installed on ceiling to cover seams is coming down & 2 sections have already broken off; beam where patio is attached to roof is warped. Owner had scheduled to fix issues 5 different times & hasn't shown up. Had the patio inspected & found out patio was not built according to Harris County code. I do not recommend this company.

During the project employee's where almost fighting on sight. Nails got into pool after not cleaning up rust spots. Never attached gutters correct falling off and leaking, major slope on middle and roof not properly done. They refuse to come fix things sayings " you liked it when we left. " i had just had back surgery and coulent look at it probably. Would not pass inspection. Now he ghosted me. Even told me no one that worked on project works there anymore. He refuses to come out and even look at it. He used hardy siding underneath, unessearry cedar post, didnt tie into structure. Pictures are even worse.
